We want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns — your refund will be credited back to your original payment source within 7 - 10 business days of us receiving the product.

Important Notes for Return & Exchange

1. 01Returns and Exchanges are accepted and requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
2. 02Each order is eligible for a Return or Exchange only once.
3. 03Items to be returned should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
4. 04The product must have its original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
5. 05The product will be picked up within 2–3 days after the request is processed. In case pickup is unavailable at your location, you would have to self-ship the product.
6. 04Very Important — Please make an unboxing video or click pictures while opening your package, in order to claim any physical damage or missing product. No refund or exchange will be accepted without video or image proof.

Cancellation Policy

In case of an order cancellation, please do so before the order is shipped. If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund the entire amount. Cancellations after shipping are not accepted.
