If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on Returns and Exchanges.

Important Notes for Return & Exchange

  1. 01Returns and Exchanges are accepted and requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  2. 02Each order is eligible for a Return or Exchange only once.
  3. 03Refunds for Returns are issued as store credit only, which has a lifetime validity.
  4. 04Items to be returned should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  5. 05The product must have its original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  6. 06The product will be picked up within 2–3 days after the request is processed. In case pickup is unavailable at your location, you would have to self-ship the product.
  7. 07Very Important — Please click pictures of the package you receive in order to claim any physical damage or missing product.

Cancellation Policy

In case of an order cancellation, please do so before the order is shipped. If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund the entire amount. Cancellations after shipping are not accepted.

Return Policy

  1. 01Raise a return request through your Mekira account within 5 days of receiving the product.
  2. 02Once we receive the product, a quality check will be done. Upon passing, store credit will be issued for the product value paid, excluding shipping charges and any discount applied.
  3. 03Please ensure the original packaging is intact at the time of pickup, along with all materials and the invoice.
  4. 04Store Credit is issued as Loyalty Points with a six-month validity and can be fully redeemed against future orders on mekira.in.
  5. 05No monetary refund will be given in any case, except for damaged products where a replacement is unavailable.

Exchange Policy

  1. 01Raise an exchange request through your Mekira account within 5 days of receiving the product.
  2. 02We will then initiate a return pickup. Please ensure the original packaging is intact at the time of pickup, along with all materials and the invoice.
  3. 03Once the product is received and passes quality checks, we will ship the replacement to you.

No Delivery Service Policy

If no delivery partner services your pin code, a full bank refund will be provided.
