What is Mekira's Delivery Process?

We normally ship within 48 hours and your order shall reach you within 3–7 working days across India. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified on your registered mobile number. If the number provided is invalid, we will get in touch with you via your email address.

1. 01We offer free delivery across India on all prepaid orders.
2. 02We courier through trusted partners like Bluedart or Delhivery for all our orders.
3. 03Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders.
4. 04Very Important — Please make an unboxing video or click pictures while opening your package, in order to claim any physical damage or missing product. No refund or exchange will be accepted without video or image proof.

How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?

Domestic Orders

We dispatch orders within 2 business days. However, if the address, pin code, or phone number provided is incorrect or the pin code is unserviceable, communication between Mekira and the buyer may cause additional delays in dispatch.

Please Note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, political crises, or curfews, shipments may get delayed due to dependency on courier partners. We assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible and truly appreciate your patience.
